Will Adler
Will Adler is a seasoned political professional with deep roots in Nevada and a strong presence in the Nevada Legislature. He is the founder of Silver State Government Relations and has been active in representing multiple clients engaged in legislative and regulatory policy at all levels. He is conversant in a wide variety of government issues including renewable energy, natural resources, cannabis, and economic development. Will is the former Executive Director of the Nevada Medical Marijuana Association and has extensive experience in policy, politics, and elections, including serving as the Northern Nevada Director for Governor Sisolak's successful 2018 campaign.

Clay Mitchell is a lifelong community advocate with a deep affection for the rural Nevada way of life. A self-described multipotentialite, Clay has a passion for land use, economic development and local policy. As a local official in Nevada's data center hub (Storey County, home to the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center), he has gained deep insight into the industry's growth challenges and opportunities. A hobbyist cryptocurrency miner himself, Clay champions balanced policies that foster sustainable digital infrastructure growth and ensure prosperity for our communities.

Robert Purdy
Robert Purdy is a burgeoning political operative and business development specialist, who brings a fresh perspective and relentless dedication to project success. Born and raised in Las Vegas, he has a proven record in Nevada policy coordination, business strategy, legislative activities, and client messaging. Robert is a mechanical engineering alumni from UNR and is a passionate advocate for the homegrown technology that will charge Nevada into the future.
